College of Business tree moves scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, November 19 and 20.
Monday and Tuesday, November 19 and 20, four large trees will be moved out of the new College of Business site and transplanted to other areas of campus. The tree spade is mounted on a semi trailer and requires a bit of space to maneuver.
PARKING IMPACTS- Parking spaces will be closed in the Lewis and Clark lot, the east and west Linfield lots, and the Fieldhouse lot to facilitate equipment access. Parking closures include the entire south end of the Lewis and Clark lot plus a few spots to provide turning radius at the entrance and near the work site. In the Linfield lots, the south bay of the east lot will be closed plus a few spots in both the east and west lots to provide turning radius. The Fieldhouse lot will have a section closed on the east side of the gravel portion.
TREE TRAVEL ROUTE-11th Street and Grant Street are the travel routes for the trees.
