MSU Facilities Customer Service Survey

As a part of Facilities Services' and Facilities Planning Design and Construction's ongoing efforts to improve overall performance and service, we are soliciting campus feedback regarding our, work performance, client interactions, and your general satisfaction with the services we provide.

We've sent out a customer service survey via e-mail to a representative sample of MSU customers.  However, we'd like to offer all MSU faculty and staff who interact with our departments the opportunity to complete the survey if interested.
