Event: Service Saturday When: Saturday, November 7, 2009, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Where: Bozeman, MT Description: The MSU Office of Community Involvement has set a Service Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 7. Volunteers have four options to choose from: Bridger Clinic mailings and Big Brothers Big Sisters gift wrapping at Family Fest will both take place in the Strand Union Building on campus. There will also be the option to go to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank and help prepare race packets for the Huffing for Stuffing Thanksgiving Day Run or help kick-off this year's Can the Griz food drive by picking up donated food in a Bozeman neighborhood. This event is open students, faculty/staff, and community members. Families are welcome. Transportation is provided. Meet 15 minutes ahead of time in the Strand Union Building, on campus, in between the Ask Us desk and the Market. Upcoming Service Saturdays have been set for Dec. 5 when volunteers can work at the America Reads*America Counts Barnes & Noble book fair or holiday card making and kids activities in the mall.
