- Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 11:00am to 12:30pm
- Engineering and Physical Sciences Building - view map
*Getting Started with D2L is a prerequisite to these workshops.
Want to learn about options for receiving and grading student work and giving feedback electronically? These in-depth, 90 minute hands-on workshops will explore powerful D2L tools to assess student work and provide feedback to your students including:
- Grades and grade book functions
We will also cover ways in which online and web-enhanced courses might utilize these tools differently.
Beginning will cover the basics of each of these tools--how to set up a Dropbox folder, create a Quiz, enter Grades, post a Rubric.
Advanced will go in greater depth for each of these tools including grading from the Dropbox, more Quiz functionality, creating a Rubric, and special grade book functions/options.
Not sure which level to sign up for? If you are currently entering grades and using the Dropbox and Quizzes tools, then opt for Advanced. If you're not using some or any of these tools, then sign up for Beginning.
