"Prose & Cons" an original 1950's-style radio play

MSU's School of Film and Photo presents "Prose & Cons," an original 1950's-style radio play written by Ryan Cassavaugh, free of charge at the Black Box Theater, Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 10th, 11th and 12th, at 7:30pm.

Offered as part of MSU's "Year of Engaged Leadership," this comedic look at October's topic of "empathy" features SFP faculty Stephanie Campbell and Cara Wilder, SFP student Gabrielle Herron, and Ryan Cassavaugh.  Playwright-actor Cassavaugh is best known for creating a popular summer series of live radio plays at Verge Theater, and brings sound effects cohorts Marya Cline and Wren Goodman from Verge to enhance the production.  Presented by the College of Arts and Architecture as a collaboration of the Schools of Film and Photography and Music, "Prose & Cons" features additional sound effects, music and engineering by School of Music and Music Tech students Jordan Arnold, Dave Robins, Jori Apedaile and Chad Basaites.

This hour-long production is open to the public on a first come-first seated basis.
