Assessing Students: Using D2L Assessment Tools: Advanced

Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Engineering and Physical Sciences Building, 127

Want to learn about options for receiving and grading student work and giving feedback electronically?

This in-depth, 90-minute hands-on workshop will explore powerful D2L tools to assess student work and provide feedback to your students, including:

  • Dropbox
  • Quizzes
  • Grades and grade book functions
  • Rubrics

We will go in greater depth for each of these tools including grading from the Dropbox, more Quiz functionality, creating a Rubric, and special grade book functions/options. We will also cover ways in which online and web-enhanced courses might utilize these tools differently.

Prerequisite: Getting Started with D2L

This workshop is appropriate for faculty and staff who are currently entering grades and using the Dropbox and Quizzes tools.

Free, but registration required.
