Affordable Care Act Open Forum
Strand Union Building, Procrastinator Theater
On Wednesday, January 29th, at 6 pm in the Procrastinator, there will be an open forum with Jim Mitchell from University Health Services, Lander Cooney of Community Health Partners, a representative of Bluecross Blueshield of Montana, and a City Commissioner to discuss the Affordable Care Act and its implications on the student body. The open forum seeks to alleviate confusion surrounding the Affordable Care Act and its effects on healthcare coverage for young Americans. It will also discuss how it will affect MSU students once they have graduated from MSU, as well as how it has changed student coverage through MSU.
