Email Etiquette and Effective Meetings

This two-hour session will cover both email etiquette and conducting effective meetings. 

Join us to learn about tips for better email etiquette, along with what not to do!

Effective meetings will include the impact of planning on the success of meetings, a sample meeting agenda template, desired outcomes, and an exercise in planning a meeting.
