"Making Music" -- Art Saturdays creative workshop

Part of this year's President's Fine Art Series, "Making Music" is a free, hands-on creative workshop geared to students in grades 6-8.  Greg Young, Director of the School of Music, and Bill Clinton, woodworking instructor in the School of Architecture, will teach students how to build instruments from recycled and other everyday materials.  

"Making Music" is one of four free workshops that will offered by the College of Arts and Architecture during the month of March.  Called "Art Saturdays", this workshop series is designed to engage our community's youth in creative thinking and the joy of artistic expression.  

Please call 994-6654 for more information or to register a student for the workshop.  Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
