Please join us in an engaging discussion regarding affirmative action facilitated by Jackie McClain. Jackie McClain, JD is the former Vice Chancellor for Human Resources of the 23 campus California State University system and former University of Michigan Director of Human Resources and Affirmative ActionLearn strategies and considerations with broadening the participation of underrepresented faculty.
She will also share her experiences as part of the Gutter vs Bollinger Supreme Court case that examined the compelling notion of considering diversity in law school admissions at the University of Michigan.
