New Graduate Student Orientation

A mandatory orientation for all new MSU graduate students.
This training is not intended for non-degree seeking and online only graduate student do not attend this training. The training will cover information important to all students, including those serving as a graduate teaching or research assistant.
Each year, The Graduate School strives to keep graduate students apprised of ongoing or new information pertaining to being a student at Montana State University. The trainings will cover some of the following topics: MSU Legal and responsibilities of being a student and/or a GTA, Office of Institutional Equity, Research Compliance, Veterans and Disability Services, How to gain residency (if an out-of-state student), and more.
This event will be held in Leon Johnson 339 and 346 from 8:30 am to 12 noon. A continental breakfast will be provided starting at 8:30am. Orientation speakers will begin at 9am.
