Join the Outdoor Rec. Program for a memorable rafting trip down the Yellowstone River. The Yellowstone River is only about an hour and a half drive from campus to the put-in. We will be taking-out near Yankee Jim Canyon. The River stretch we will be boating, begins near the town of Gardiner and runs through Paradise Valley. The valley provides astounding vistas and exhilarating whitewater that is sure to take your breath away. The Yellowstone is the longest free-owing river in the Lower 48. The Yellowstone River is nationally renowned for excellent whitewater and flat water rafting as well as scenic, mountainous surroundings.
