Dr. Anne Camper is a regent's professor in MSU's Dept. of Civil Engineering, and an associate dean in MSU's College of Engineering. Her research career has been in the areas of biofilm growth and control in drinking and industrial water systems; the fate, transport and survival of pathogens in biofilm systems; and the physiology of biofilm bacteria.
Dr. Camper has been the principal investigator or co-principal investigator on nearly 50 grants related to drinking water treatment or distribution. She is also involved in research investigating the relationship between water quality and health with community members on Montana’s Crow Indian Reservation.
At this week’s seminar, Dr. Camper will present advice and strategies for obtaining a faculty position.
