Fall Choral Concert:

The choirs at Montana State will give their first performance of the 2015-2016 season on Tuesday, October 13 in Reynolds Recital Hall beginning at 7:30PM. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
The University Chorus will sing Mozart's Veni Sancte Spiritus, Z. Randall Stroope's romantic Omnia Sol, Mendelssohn's Verleih' uns Frieden, and will close with Kpanlongo, a West African folk song filled with rousing, fun rhythmic canons that builds from one part to a dramatic ending in six parts.
The montanans will sind William Byrd's well-known motet "Sing Joyfully" and the playful "Dance on a Chair" by Romanian composer Alexandru Pascanu, along with other music. Chorale's perfomance will include Eric Whitacre's "Faith, Hope, Love" and a new composition by the 29-year-old American composer, Jake Runestad.
