You are invited to attend a Presentation and Discussion on H-1B visa Cap and Paths to Green Card by renowned immigration attorney, Ken Stern from law firm Stern and Curray in Denver. In addition to the topic at hand, the discussion will include his perspective on new immigration law rulings and how they affect international workers.
Mr. Stern has practiced immigration law for 35 years. He is one of the foremost and most respected attorneys in the country in his area of expertise. Ken received his bachelor's degree from Tufts University in 1974 and a law degree from University of Denver in 1978. He has been named "Best of Bar" in immigration law by Denver Business Journal and Law Week Colorado and has regularly been listed in 5280 Magazine as one of Denver's top immigration lawyers.
This event will interest international workers and their families as well as students who are about to graduate or are on optional practical training. This is open to anyone wishing to learn more about the H-1B visa and the H-1B visa cap situation as pertains to working in the private sector.
