At this floor event, my residents will learn how to handle stress in a healthy way. I will teach them some fundamental relaxation techniques including meditation, yoga, and grounding. Some other fun activities will inclued facials, manicures, and getting to know eachother better. My residents will bennifit from this because they are freshman transitioning into a college atmosephere versus a high school one which adds a lot of strees. I will also introduce the champ change initiative and talk about the bennefits of getting involved on campus and how champ change works for the students.
