Join MontanaPBS and the Alzheimer's Association for a free screening of the PBS film 'Alzheimer's: Every Minute Counts' on Wednesday, March 8 in the Procrastinator Theatre from 6:30 - 8:30pm.
The 55-minute film is an urgent wake-up call about the national threat posed by Alzheimer's disease. Many know the unique tragedy of this disease, but few know that Alzheimer's is also a major and rapidly growing public health crisis. This powerful documentary illuminates the social and economic consequences for the country unless a medical breakthrough is discovered for this currently incurable disease.
Following the screening, there will be a Q & A session with people most familiar with the disease and information on local opportunities to get involved with the Alzheimer's Association.
