ServSafe Manager's Training

Geared for foodservice managers to understand the latest FDA Food Code and food safety practices and to help your establishment create a culture of food safety. Participants will learn foodborne pathogens, flow of food safety from purchasing, creating management systems and more. Course fee includes ServSafe Manager Certification exam fee.
ServSafe Manager, 6th Edition, book will be available at the MSU Extension Office one month prior to the class. It is strongly recommended to take the practice exam for current understanding of the material, read all the chapters and complete the questions at the end of each chapter. The class will provide an overview to the information.
Cost is $150.00, which includes ServSafe Manager Certification exam fee.
