Update - Kagy Boulevard Improvements – Kagy Boulevard Closure between S. 7th Avenue and Greek Way - June 19th – June 21st
Due to the inclement weather, the closure of Kagy Boulevard to both eastbound and westbound traffic between S. 7th Avenue and Greek Way has been moved to start Monday, June 19th and run through Wednesday, June 21st. The closure is anticipated to last 3 days and is necessary for waterline crossing/tie-in work.
Detours will be provided for the closure:
Westbound: Motorists will be detoured at Kagy Blvd and Willson Ave and sent north on Willson to Grant Avenue where they will head West on Grant and then South on S. 7th Avenue back to Kagy Blvd. Westbound motorists will be able to access the Museum of the Rockies via the main entrance off of Kagy Boulevard at Greek Way.
Eastbound: Motorists will be detoured at Kagy Blvd and S. 7th Avenue and sent North on S. 7th Avenue to Grant Avenue where they will head East on Grant Avenue and then South on Willson Avenue back to Kagy Blvd. Eastbound motorists will be able to access the Museum of the Rockies via S. 7th Avenue.
As this is a heavily traveled thoroughfare there may be slight traffic delays throughout construction; as we work to improve traffic flow along Kagy Boulevard. We ask for your continued patience while traveling through the construction zone, obey all traffic control devices and watch for work crews and heavy equipment.
