CBE Fall 2017 Seminar Series Presents a Seminar with Bryan White

Dr. Bryan White is a professor in the Department of Animal Sciences and the Carl R. Woese Institute of Genomic Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. White is also the director of the Mayo Clinic/University of Illinois at UC Strategic Alliance for Technology-Based Healthcare. His research focus is understanding host-microbe interactions using microbial genomics, metagenomics, and microbial ecology.
Dr. White will be presenting “Next generation sequencing and analysis approaches for precision animal agriculture,” at the CBE's September 7 seminar in Roberts 113. Dr. White's visit is sponsored by Dr. Carl Yeoman, assistant professor in MSU's Department of Animal and Range Sciences.
