Volunteers still needed for Montana Science Olympiad
Volunteers are still needed to assist with the 33rd annual Montana Science Olympiad, set for Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, on the campus of Montana State University.
Volunteers are needed for running and scoring events, guiding participants around the MSU campus and helping in the Montana Science Olympiad office. Volunteers can be students, faculty, staff and community members.
The Montana Science Olympiad is an academic interscholastic competition that consists of a series of individual and team events. Students in grades 6-12 from all over the state participate in challenging competitions in biology, Earth science, chemistry, physics and computers and technology.
Students, faculty, staff and community members who are interested must register at tiny.cc/MTSO17 or by searching MTSO Volunteer on the MSU website.
Students can earn 1000 Champ Change, a free t-shirt and lunch. You don't need a science background to volunteer.
