MSU Wonderlust Friday Forum: Healthcare Challenges and Opportunities
- Friday, March 16, 2018 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm
- Bozeman Public Library
MSU Wonderlust offers a free Friday Forum on healthcare challenges and opportunities featuring John Hill, president and CEO of Bozeman Health, and Buck Taylor of Community Health Partners.
Hill, president and CEO of Bozeman Health (an integrated health system including Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital and Big Sky Medical Center, two urgent care clinics, and Hillcrest Senior Living ) and Taylor, director of community development and administration at Community Health Partners (a provider of primary health care services in Livingston, Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone), will give an overview of their organizations—their history and mission—and talk about the challenges and opportunities facing health care providers in a time of changing budget priorities and political uncertainty.
Hill has more than 20 years of experience in executive health care leadership. In August 2016 he was tapped to lead Bozeman Health, the largest private employer in the Gallatin Valley with more than 2,000 employees.
A former journalist and non-profit administrator, Taylor joined Community Health Partners in 2001 to start the first CHP clinic in Bozeman. He has a master's degree in public health.
Friday Forum is a monthly speaker series sponsored by MSU Wonderlust. It is free and open to the public. The Forum is hosted by the Bozeman Public Library.
