MSU Indigenous Communities Research Partners Meets 2nd Thursdays - May 10, 2pm SUB 168
- Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 2:00pm to 3:15pm
- Strand Union Building, 168 - view map
This is the third of monthly networking/learning community meetings for faculty & staff engaged - or wishing to engage - off-campus with Indigenous communities to conduct research and/or provide service program support. This group liaisons with the Council on American Indian Programs which focuses on American Indian student success. MSU increasingly is a leader in partnership work with Indigenous communities. We believe it will help all of our work if we know more about what each other is doing and have the opportunity to share best practices. Indigenous partners appreciate when different faculty and staff at the university are aware of each other’s projects, and where appropriate, are collaborating with each other, to reduce the burden and increase coordination and benefits for their communities. Minutes of March and April 2018 meetings available from firstname.lastname@example.org.
