Painting the Future - Lecture

The School of Architecture is proud to present Elizabeth A. Day, Architectural Illustrator from Austin, Texas, who will present her lecture "Painting the Future" on Friday, September 7th at 5:30 p.m., in Gaines Hall, Room 101.
Ms. Day is one of the world's foremost architectural artists, providing presentation drawings for architects, engineers, developers, non-profit organizations and homeowners world wide. An experienced watercolorist, Elizabeth appreciates the painterly, glowing effects of the medium. She exploits the characteristics of watercolor for its performance in introducing reflected light, lively entourage, evocative atmosphere and landscaped.
