The Life Olympics

The Johnstone Center staff will be facilitating a program aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle during college. We will be educating the residents about common and important issues such as substance abuse, exercise, balance, hydration, and sleep in fun and active ways. We will also be including prizes to encourage program participation.
