Roy Nelson, Senior Business Manager for Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation, will present "Total Sight™ Real-Time, Full-Motion, 3D Color Imaging System."
The Total Sight™ lidar laser ranging system utilizes an array lidar sensor from Advanced Scientific Concepts, fusing context imagery from an internal visible or infrared camera to provide a full color, georeferenced 3D image at up to 30 frames per second for day and night operations .The system has demonstrated real time RF downlinking of this fused point cloud data for varied missions ranging from disaster support to mapping to targeting.
