What Married Couple Without Children Need to Know About Estate Planning

As a married couple do you know who will receive your property under Montana law if you pass away without writing a will?  Do you know when a will has control over your property and when it doesn't?  This session of Solid Finances will provide information about the distribution of property under Montana law when one or both parties die without writing a will.  Dr. Marsha Goetting, MSU Extension Family Economics Specialist, will also highlight tools married couples can use to accomplish their estate planning goals such as property titles, beneficiary designations, and trusts.
