An open conversation on science communications
Strand Union Building, 235
The ability to communicate science and research to the public is an important part of of MSU's land-grant mission. Several departments, centers and individuals have undertaken efforts to support students and faculty in this effort, but there is no "master list" of all the science communications projects on campus.
In this open discussion, you can learn about a few of these efforts, share your own experiences, and participate in brainstorming ideas to help shape future programs. All faculty, staff and students with an interest in this topic are encouraged to attend.
Feel free to bring a brown-bag lunch. Coffee and cookies will be available.
This discussion is sponsored by Montana NSF EPSCoR, the Institute on Ecosystems, and MSU Extended University.
The cost of this event is: Free
