Legacies of Einstein's Concert & Opus

The works of Albert Einstein have had a staggering influence on humanity since their creation and there is still more yet to come. This talk gives an overview of his accomplishments and what these have done for increasing knowledge and to even a technological application that currently assist many while they drive their cars. Director of the Center for String and Particle Theory at University of Maryland, member of President's Obama Science Advisory Panel and recent awardee of the Presidential Medial of Science, Professor Jim Gates, will give a public talk on Einstein's accomplishments and what those have done to increase our knowledge and enrich our lives.
