Family Business Program On the Road - Bozeman

Tuesday, May 28, 2013, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Strand Union Building, Room 233

"Understanding the Future Customer" will be presented by James Oakley, associate professor of marketing in
the College of Business at Montana State University.

Oakley's program will focus on the changing landscape of customer interaction in the marketplace. This is a
time of numerous changes taking place in sales and shopping, most of which has been the result of mobile
technology advances in recent years. This technology is influencing customer behavior, so the business owner
needs to embrace the technology and address why customers are utilizing it. The program will describe
