Montana Made Program Highlights, Todd Jutila, UFS Director

1:15-3:00 pm
Vendor Showcase: Visit local vendor booths, learn about their products and services, and sample some local flavor.
Demonstrations: Surprising Smoothies with Flair; Creative and Unique Quesadillas;Quick and Delicious Grain Salads; Grass-fed Beef vs Corn-fed Beef
Activities: Local groups & organizations will provide hands-on fun for all.

3:00-5:00 pm
Panel Discussion: "Food Safety Modernization Act: the potential impact on producers, buyers and consumers in Montana."
Moderator: Bryan Von Lossberg. Panelists: Melissa Tuemmler, Cort Jensen, Charles Holt, Mairann Van Den Elzen.

5:00-6:00 pm
Montana Sampler and Mingle: A networking opportunity for vendors and the community. Local "light bites" by MSU Catering

6:00-7:30 pm
Local Food Systems Movie & Debate: Procrastinator Theater. A recent movie related to food systems will be shown, followed by a lively discussion.

Free parking in Huffman/University Police parking lot and free admission to the events!
