Library Workshop: Citation Research, Part 2 Citation Counts! [Webinar]
How might the impact of a scholar's work be evaluated? Typically it's done by determining how many times that scholar's work has been cited and by whom. This may sound simple, but because there is no single citation analysis source, it can be complicated. Librarians Sheila Bonnand and Mary Anne Hansen will introduce some resources for determining citation counts. This webinar will be held on Thursday, April 4 from 12 to12:30 pm. Join us by going to http://montana.adobeconnect.com/citationres/. Login in as a guest using your first name and accept the quick Adobe Plug In download. For more information, contact Mary Anne at firstname.lastname@example.org or Sheila at email@example.com.
This was the second of a two-part webinar on citation research. To view a recording of either session, go to http://guides.lib.montana.edu/webinars.
