MSU Food Services' Montana Made Program announces Montana Mondays - every Monday in April. Please join us for these tasty Montana Meals offered in the SUB Union Market.
On the menu for Monday, April 8th:
Bison Gouda Burger with Farro Salad
Enjoy a healthy local raised bison burger from Rancho Picante in Bozeman topped with Doorstop Gouda from Montana's newest cheesemakers, Flahead Lake Cheese in Polson, served on a fresh-made whole wheat bun from the Coop's bakery. On the side is a house made Farro salad, which is an ancient grain from the Roman times, from Prairie Heritage Farms in Power tossed in a vinaigrette with organic Feta Cheese from Amaltheia Dairy in Belgrade.
Visit many of these and other local producers at the Local Food Fair, also on the 8th, from 1:15-3 pm in the SUB Ballrooms.
