Montana Monday Breakfast and Lunch

It's Earth Day and University Food Services and the Montana Made Program invite you to come celebrate local Montana food in April, every Monday in the SUB Union Market!

On the menu for Monday, April 22nd:

Breakfast: Pancakes with a Flathead Cherry Compote and Organic Sausage

Fresh made pancakes from Cream of the West in Harlowton topped with a Flathead Cherry Compote from Market Day Foods in Bozeman served with a side of Organic Breakfast Sausage from Amaltheia Dairy in Belgrade.

Lunch: Reuben with House-made Potato Salad

Sliced Corned Beef from Yellowstone Grassfed Beef in Bozeman, topped with melted Organic Montana Jack Cheese from Lifeline Dairy in Victor, German Mustard and Sauerkraut from Uncle Bill's Sausages in Missoula served on fresh-baked Rye Bread from On the Rise Bakery in Bozeman with a side of house-made Potato Salad from Bausch Potatoes in Whitehall.

On the menu for our finale next week:  Loaded Chorizo Nachos
