Antarctica Study Abroad Presentation

Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Leon Johnson Hall, Room 346

Last December 8 students and one faculty traveled to Antarctica on a short term study program.  They traveled across the Drake Passage from Argentina to Antarctica, studied penguins and other Antarctic wildlife, discussed the geo-politics that set aside Antarctica as we know it today, and learned about climate change, all while earning 6 credits.

On May 1 in Leon Johnson room 346, this group is presenting their experiences.   This program is offered once again this coming year.  Come to this event and see how you can be a part of it in the coming year.
