University Food Services and the Montana Made Program invite you to come celebrate local Montana food in April, every Monday during lunch, in the SUB Union Market!
On the menu for Monday, April 29th:
Chorizo Nachos Grande
House-made tortilla chips from Trevino's Tortillas in Billings will be topped with home-made Refried Beans from Yellowstone Bean Company in Bridger, fresh Chorizo from Pioneer Meats in Big Timber, Organic Cheddar and Pepperjack Cheeses from Lifeline Dairy in Victor, Salsa from Montana Mex in Livingston and Sour Cream from Meadowgold in Billings.
This is our last Montana Monday lunch for this year. Thank you to all of our supporters! Look for them again in the Fall.
