The Bozeman Public Library: A Community Treasure

Friday, May 10, 2013 from Noon - 2:00 pm

Susan Gregory, Director of the Bozeman Public Library will be the speaker for Wonderlust's Friday Forum on May 10th at noon at Pilgrim Congregational Church.

Gregory will be discussing the changing face of libraries today and sharing the results of a recent community visioning session which is helping to develop new goals for the Bozeman Public Library in future years.

Gregory has long experience as a librarian and is delighted to be in Bozeman, a community which shares her passion for viewing a library as a community cultural center.

Libraries today are so much more than books and materials. They have become vibrant places of culture and learning that invite and sustain conversation. This is certainly true in Bozeman where the library averages over a thousand visitors of all ages every day!

Friday Forums are free and open to the public. Attendees are invited to bring lunch.  Cookies and coffee are provided.

The cost of this event is: $0
