The MSU online calendar is only for university events, or events officially associated with the university. You must be an MSU employee to request an event be added to the online calendar.
The calendar is managed collaboratively by a group of Calendar Administrators distributed across the university's organizational structure. To submit an event request for the calendar, please fill out all information in the form below and submit it to the Calendar Administrator that is most closely associated with your department or unit. That administrator will receive an e-mail with your information and then review the request for pertinence to MSU and accuracy. They may elect to forward the calendar request to another administrator for further consideration. Ultimately, approved events will then be submitted to the calendar.
If none of the Administrator options fit with the requester's MSU affiliation, then these requests may be submitted to Communications and Public Affairs for consideration.
Note: This submission form's ONLY function is to submit events to the MSU Online Calendar. It is not a room scheduling or reservation tool.
